[HAUL + REVIEW] The Face Shop is back in BC!!!

That's right. It's back. The Face Shop used to be in Richmond Centre a couple years ago. However they didn't last long... maybe because the brand isn't well known? But it's back, probably because of the onset of the korean-everything phase (kdrama, kpop, korean brand skincare and makeup,etc.) over the last few years.

They're currently having a BOGO 30% off grand opening promotion? HELLO~

The Face Shop in Richmond Centre

They have a wide selection of skincare products, lip products, and BB and CC creams. I didn't purchase any BB or CC cream because I still have some Skin79 gold BB cream left ;(

I didn't want to leave empty-handed so I got 2 items and tons of freebies. (yay!)

 Smile foot mask ($4). They're like socks, but they'll make your feet super soft and cracked-heel free.

They have a fresh citrus-y scent which I like. The masks are too big for my feet so I slipped on a pair socks so they have a snug fit. They show some immediate results, however the next morning I can see some dryness in the heels.

Here I'm comparing The Face Shop's milky tint (left) with Tony Moly milky tint in Pink (right). Tony Moly's milky tint has a more watery consistency compared to The Face Shop's milky tint. The Tony Moly tint leaves a sheer pink stain while The Face Shop tint leaves a coral stain.

 I'm currently trying the Raspberry Roots Sleeping Mask. It's a very lightweight gel texture and has a slight herbal/floral-like smell.

This is 1 ml?! =O

So far I really love the milky tint and the sleeping mask. I have previously tested the power perfect BB cream when I visited the store and I quite like it. If all goes well after trying the BB cream again (and I finish my current BB cream up) I will definitely have it replace my Skin79 Gold BB cream.
