I know I haven't been blogging a lot lately, one is because I'm busy with school and two, I have nothing to say.... I'm either at school or at home...
Today I have gotten the 1-877-622-2662 scam call about some sort of Fido Promotional Services. Thankfully I now have caller ID so I googled the number and found a fellow blogger's post talking about the same number.

During these situations (what I did before..but only did this twice), I usually ask them what they're promoting (hey, it really might be real!), then tell them I'm busy and that I'll call back (ask them for the number, because I have no caller ID). I'll call the Fido company and ask them about any exclusive promotions, then report a fraud and give them the number I received. As Beverly mentioned in the post, it's best if you tell the phone company to remove your name and number from the promotional list.
It can definitely happen to any phone company, so be careful.
